It's got pvp too. You can still enjoy the game's pve and gameplay. You don't need english text to enjoy the environment. As far as lore, the story, and stuff like that it's like watching a foreign film. Even it doesn't have subtitles you will get some of it. Even more so if you've been following B&S like queen has. It's not rocket science.
