But since the announcement b&s is gaining more and more popularity so eventually the situation may improve. Personally, for me it would depend on what we will be allowed to talk about in this channels.

Once the game has an announced closed beta date and progresses further towards launch, you'll see an explosion of community activity, which will allow for a sustainable IRC community. Now it isn't best, but I'm sure in a few months that will change.

Exactry, but it really depends on the rules as well... back in the day it was forbidden to post any inforation or guides about korean cbt/obt registration ^^ I highly doubt it has changed.

It's just the university system, where they pass you through based on a set of standards set forth by a committee. There's no evaluation of true understanding and grasping of the content, nor preparation for the workplace. It's purely academic circlejerking.
