Indeed, as above stated, you can only get hands on a KSSN via a Korean friend,
by being Korean, or use more shady methods to get one, which may not be discussed on these boards
so please refrain from doing so.

Also, as this will lead to a dead end, and the necessary info has been given, this thread has lived its purpose.
