Help
If when fighting someone in group pvp, if someone is launched in the air, and two or more people try to use their aerial combos, what is the deciding factor in who gets to use it? Does it depends on who is faster or can they all use it successfully?

well depends with 2 facts , 1) how faster is your internet speed , second who click first the aerial skill ...

In other words, they don't both go off, only one will go through. Whoever is faster. As Lightning Killer also mentioned, ping will play a role of course.

Yeah it's whoever uses their skill first.
Aerial Combos are 2 hit at best so having people spam like that is pointless, ping determines it.
