APPCRASH problem

Hi there, I have already installed B&S but when I try to open client I got APPCRASH problem. I can'T run the game. I done everthing what I read on the internet. Does anybody have same problem? or anybody can help me about this problem.
Operating system win7 ultimate 64bit 4gb ram 1gb graffik card labtop Asus
