I think I'm going to go with a good mixture of realism and fantasy for my Lyn character. I definitely want my character's eyes to be yellow. As for hair color... I'm not sure yet. Maybe black.
With the amount of character variance there seems to be in Blade & Soul, I'll most likely be spending the first 30 minutes of my gameplay just trying to figure out exactly how I want my character to look.

realistic would be too much effort >.<

anime looks good gonna stick with that. Also no REAL person has such awesome buts (also hips are way too big...)

God, what is it with all this realism being forced into a fantasy game xD

I'll be going with normal human proportions as far as nose, legs and such goes. Then anime the rest of the way. Huge attributes (melons yum yum), eyes that show emotion and such. NO REALISTIC HAIR COLOR EITHER. Straight white or blue/green/pink. unrealistic eye color also.

I spit on realistic characters coz they remind me about reality and that leaves a bad taste in da mouth when playing a fantasy game. Heck even the worst of the presets are better than a totally realistic character.

Characters:
Hisane - Level 22 Female Jin Blade Master
Dekomori - Level 16 Female Lyn Force Master
Majii - Level 11 Female Jin Assassin

Well I got good news for you~

As you can see my avatar is how I plan to make my character. How I did it without being on the Korean server? Well there is a new private server BNSONLINE.ORG... its a new private server that is truly not ready to be played but the full character creation is up. So if you want to you can download for the sole purpose of tweaking with the character creation.

Easy way to get in faster is to use the public account that ppl use to have fun with the character creation

Oh and i guess my character looks more realistic I don't think he looks very anime-ish

Honestly, in all the MMO's that I have played that give gobs of customization options I usually just stay close to the game's basic style. In fact I rarely deviate away from whatever preset I enjoy the most and make only slight tweaks to fix up some things I may not have liked.

The second and the third ones are the best IMO
The second makes you look more like an old master, but the third one makes you look Wild

Definitely this one (the 2nd). This one is more classy. As you can see, he is also a bit older. So wicked haircuts would be really bad on such a person. And also since he has a beard and a mustache. This one is the obvious choice.
