Ok what the title says. I'm stuck with this one.
I think its a lvl +15 quest dunno anymore lol. I'm almost lvl 20 atm.

This quest will give u 2 new running/glide skills. I did the first part talked to an old man high up on a small island. After that i glide to another npc also high up in de air. After speaking to him i get a blue (complete star) In my quest list, but the quest seems not complete yet.
I think i have to do one more last thing to finish it and get the second skill, with that i would be able to run over water i think?

Now after i have spoken to the last npc there appears an double blue arrow on my minimap. But i cant find the npc that goes with it!?!
Could anyone help me and explain what i do wrong please?

You normally have to buy an item to complete these types of quests. I believe that one is a blue mirror. If I'm not mistaken the NPC is back at the top where you got the quest from that old man and you should have to fly across to the floating island to turn it in.

I hope I'm thinking of the right quest, work has been frying my brain lately.

Yep! It's the blue fan from the NPC at the little campfire below all the floating islands. Good luck
