It could be a showoff of a big nice feature in the game. Or a 3rd beta date + a release date.

It may be old coding or whatever, but if you look at the source, there's a line at some point in the header that says:
<meta property="og:site_name" content="plaync Blade & Soul // Soul Party" />
And later:
//var title ="Blade & Soul // Soul Party"

There are different ranks on the Korean board. People can raise their ranks by being helpful and contributing members to the board. The keyhole rank is just another rank above the rest (evident by the # being 99 instead of 1, 2, 3, etc.), but no word on why certain members were changed (at least I didn't see anything). The CBT bar is put on all member accounts that participated in past CBTs.
