Not bad, manipulation-wise. There are some interesting ideas there,
be careful not to "advertise" it too much as though you made the whole piece yourself,
as it could come back and bite you in the ass rather hard and sharply.
...Just a word of advice.

Ether way as Andi said.. experiment with PS once you get the big picture of how everything works it will get Alot easier and you will be able to produce some Awesome pictures
