That's because that information simply does not exist yet. CBT2 just ended. Team BL has to fix what needs to be changed or refined before they can schedule the next testing round. No word on whether it will be open or closed either.

No info, so no one can be sure as to when it will arise. One can only speculate through "suggestions, hints and indications".
