BnS is not a game made for party play. Each class is made to be playable without the need of party members.

Destroyer class is not a tank. There is NO Tank in BnS or other archetypes normally found in other games.

The down side to Destroyer is their speed. They're really slow so anyone that can zone well has an upper hand against Destroyers in PvP. The only problem i saw from the videos is the Destroyer jump. That is a huge disadvantage to zoners since they usually have low def and hp.

I'm not looking down on Destroyers. Just pointing stuff out that others might've already figured out.

Don't make decisions for someone else. Let them do it, it's thier life after all, not yours.

Ah yes, didn't think of that. Only really referred to them as tanks because they look like tanks. But yah they're not actually meant to be tanks.

So destroyers shouldn't be on the Vanguard in raids? They have the Highest HP pool and have a makeshift shield. No the are not "classified" as tanks, but they can certainly do the part when needed. They can still protect by being in first one in and forcing them to be focused. I still wouldn't send in an assassin or Force Master in first. Just because they aren't classified as tanks doesn't mean they can't tank.

I still see LGCarnival's point as extremely important though. It means that when fighting anything there won't be a class assigned to be tanks (or DPS) or anything. It's all up to the players and their skills to play well without relying on others.

Finally found some high quality footage of a high level destroyer. The last vid has low quality, but there you can see a destro in action fighting the last boss of CBT3 :big_smile:

Always wanted to main a destro when i get to play this awesome game. Love their shield moves. Especially when they charge with it :dribble:

(You can see this on "Destroyer play 3" at 4:30)

In the 3rd vid you also can see well how easily thei attack on a load of mobs and handle them without problems. :big_smile:

Can't wait to create my destroyer and own up the world of B&S !!
