You download one or all of them at once into the same folder. When they are all done, you just install.

Yeah, about that. The links are dead because the CBT2 has already ended. Better luck when CBT3 or OBT is out, there will be new download links then.

The PlayNC ones were the official links (which I think are broken now) while the beta was going. The file serve/file sonic ones are just re-uploads. It's not useful at this point, since CBT2 is over.
