Odd how I was craving a mech game recently and this just materializes before me. While I admit I'm a little worried about it being fast paced as opposed to the speed of Mechwarrior or Armored Core I can't say that I'm not considering giving this a try~.

Has anyone played it already? (This might be a stupid question. @ @ I'm still waking up.)

By the way! I decided I'd give terra a try since they got this free trial deal going on. (Though I was amused to find it's the cheapest game to buy at walmart right now. Is that a sign of popularity?)

Tera is down to just three servers compared to about twenty at launch.

It has a small playerbase...But they're very devoted.

It seems Lord of the Rings online will get you the most for your money if you become a subscriber. Apparently goes along with the story very well and has the lore well done in the game. I dunno if i want to try it or not lol

I think our best chance to get a large guild group together would be to look for a FTP game with little to no limitations.

Mech Warrior Online is already out and Hawken has roughly 6 days to go. Fire Fall is working with Open Beta Weekends.

Actually FireFall works during the week too. (At least it does for me.)

Not sure yet. The top left corner shows the timer counting down till Open Beta. I'll mess around with it and I'll let you know.

Hawken Developers release a short video for the upcoming Open Beta release of there well cared for game. ((Shows some nice details and how certains items function on your Junk Mech. Enjoy.
