Well looking at the link, it seems to be a french based giveaway.

Officially posting it on an English forum seems unsporting.

It's likely for the French regional localization test; though I'm not sure why they would post them so soon, but i guess it just gives them plenty of time. But i doubt it's for CBT2.

CBT2 is still for the English versions of testing.

EDIT: unless they changed the schedules up or something, it's not like NCwest has been all that vocal.

EDIT2: Wow, it even says those keys are for CBT2, that's really bizarre, perhaps they did change the schedule up! that or there has been some miscommunication.

That only means that the client is in all english, but the second Beta test will also open up the EU servers.
Of course they want to invite many EU players to test server stability.

There won't be three different EU servers, just client languages for EU when it releases. Besides, many french can read english, so there won't be many issues.

I wasn't planning on applying for any website in a language I don't understand anyway, so I won't be in that French contest thing. But are you going to provide the Dojo with 6000 keys? That'd be nice.
