after i log into the game, it just stuck here and doesn't take any instructions at this point. i have a valid account and don't think the ip is blocked since i';m in canada.

anyone know whats going on?

i do need to mention that the animation doesn't freeze, it just keep playing and goes in a loop forever. Regardless of what i press it stays in this loop.

it's logging in, check your internet connection or wait for error box to appear. Try to use wtfast, and dont chain to KR sv since it's down atm
