Look, Itsume, why don't you just go to an arcade or something and find someone to talk to in person? You'll probably have much better luck there than you would here. People here are interested in games, not meeting someone to have an actual relationship with.

Your advice is constructive. But it's hard to find a foreign buddy in game who interested in Korea(especially K-pop and Game).

I am pretty sure this method will be more easier bcuz of some reasons.

1. This website is for foreigner. So... have more chance

2. Do you really think it will be easier if i am looking for a foreign guy in game with having that condition(who interested in Korea)?

3. I already have Korean friends(off-lane real friends) to play and to have fun. But i do wanna make buddy from overseas to improve Eng skills and to contact with whole new cultures. So this approaching is a huge challenge for me.

4. You can have a "Actual Relationship" from everywhere, anyone. It even has a possibility from your enemy.

We should probably not forget that there are also cultural differences in the online aspect of society. The way he set himself above does look like a dating application to us but that's probably normal over there. It's professional, polite and straight forward. I'm sure it's safe to say that English isn't his mother language either so he's trying to get his point across clearly by formatting it neatly.
