- Thinking about Guilds; 3 questions came up to my mind.
- What is the limit of membership/guild and can they be expanded to house even more members?
- Will they have like a Guild Quarters where guildies can meet up / sort plans and ....etc.

No idea what the limit is and I don't think there is "Guild Housing" in just yet (Though I recall seeing/reading about plans for that).

The limit for a new guild is 30 members. This can be expanded to I believe 50?
There are plans for a "guild cafe". But there is no word on when it will be implemented yet.

This is one aspect of B&S I hope they work on a lot more. They need to add more guild features.

Ive been waiting for BnS for so long that Ive even been designing a Guild emblem, a "guild cafe" sounds awesome as well!

more about guilds. is there some sort of guild creation fee for guild leaders? any weekly /monthly guild tax on leaders or members?
trying to decide whether it is worth creating a new guild or join an existing one. or go solo.

I didn't even think of this, thanks for the question, if there are no guild fees for maintaining a guild these "Guild Cafes" will probably have a fee

There is no maintenance fee/tax.
There is a fee to create and upgrade a guild.
