As the tittle says i have an error when trying to launch the game either running the NCLauncher.exe or website the error is the same

[Error information] can not connect to the update server.
Network environment (ISP authentication, firewalls, antivirus, etc.) you, then try again.

the last 3 lines of the error are those for sure the first 2 lines are in korean and ive looked up for a while so i found out it means that.

That is after adding the start up line from Seraphy before that i would get another error E03001 for SS u can check http://www.bladeands...or-nc-launcher/
Firewall is off, router firewall is off, no antivirus, DMZ is enabled so there is no port blocking.
Looked up forums and tried using kr google and other stuff that popped to mind.

I have downloaded the game using the mirror link provided by fangze ( as i had a problem with the official downloader ) and installation went well.

Here is a SS of the error its a bit odd but dont have the energy to redo it


I've reinstalled my windows and it worked fine after that. I guess there was some glitches in the system.

Wicked do you mean you reinstalled your OS?.. just wondering, i got the same error, or if anyone else knows how to fix that'd be great
