While making my Jin videos I notice 2 new npcs iv never seen before also a jelly bean icon on the map, then after getting my first quest in town I notice a blue arrow side quest on my map pointing to some island miles away that i'll never reach.

Some new Costume event or weapon?

Thats the PvP vendor and PvP quest (You can join with whatever level into PvP, it won't really make sense tho)
