BnS delays ping

hi,
I play the game Bns from europe (switzerland )
i test my ms at speedtest and there i have 350 ms to korea.

But when i game BnS i have delays over 0,7 to 0.8 sec
I use WTFast(advanced) but i don t know which server I must select to have a good ping from switzerland.
Is there better a high ping or a small ping and what is loss ?

Hope anyone can help me or can say me a progr. to use to have a better ping.
