Few questions from a novice xD

Hello guys, I'm new around here, and dying to play B&S, last time I've been here people just told me forget It, you won't be able to play unless you have a korean friend, so I made a little search, found out about a site called NewGameWay, just wanted to ask, Is It safe?
If so, what kind of account I suppose to take?
And I got to buy time through there whenever I want to play? or theres another ways to order time?

I wouldn't trust it but if you want to play so bad I'm sure there's a private server you can try out the game on.

I know about the privet servers, impossible to play, too buggy x_x

My friend wanted to try it out and tried using Newgameway. He got an email with a non-working account and their customer support never replied back to him.

As soon as he requested a refund on his paypal account he immediately got a response from that site questioning him why he wanted a refund.

I wouldn't trust any of those third party sites.
