It's relatively new, so give it some time. It's a lil' baby by MMO standards, it needs some time to grow.

The real question is, is the content that it has right now really fun and enjoyable? If it is then the lack of content should not matter. The other question is how fast they're adding content. So far the speed and quality of the content is very good.
