Unable to view profile pic in forums

I cant find a specific topic on this so I'll start one. My profile picture will only display on my main profile but not within the forum/posting. Is there a bug or something coz ive tried messin around with the settings and still no change.

At first I was confused too, but let me guess...You confused the avatar settings with the profile photo no? XD That was one of my issues too when I joined.
