Haven't been scouring through the forums on this topic so sorry if this is repetitive and i know that in Korea it's monthly pay but does anyone know if it's monthly pay or just Buy to play. Thanks a lot

We don't know what fee type they gonna choose, yet. Most likely it's gonna be p2p, eventually b2p.
