For those not familiar with the usual payment options:
p2p -> pay 2 play : Usually involves a monthly fee;
b2p -> buy 2 play : Usually just buying the game covers the whole money spending part. Big updates might come as expansions that are required to be bought to be able to experience that content;
f2p -> free 2 play : Free to play, just need to download the game from the site, though some features and items are usually only made available through a premium shop that uses real money as a currency.
Note: No payment information for NA/EU has been disclosed

Someone will correct you over a trivial grammatical error,and it's usually because they're not intelligent enough to actually come up with a smart argument.
All the class are overpowered except the one you using.

when games change , gamer replies " where is my old stuff,this new @rap is boring"

They can do whatever suits their business best, so long as it doesn't involve P2W (Pay to win) as some other MMOG do.
I personally feel the best route is P2P with vanity shop.
But if they do this route, they should follow EME example with TERA and allow a full year subscription with discounts (IE You only pay roughtly 8 USD a month for TERA when you do a full year subscription; but you pay nearly 15 USD when you pay on a month by month basis).

Well that's how Aion was.
Don't care what they do I'll pay what it's worth to me and no more.

But i think P2P would suit the game better so they don't have to fully relay on the cash shop

If this game was going to be released 3 years ago, I will sure said that it will be a P2P.
But now I don't really know.
Because 3 years ago, the Innova lauched L2.ru with F2P. Since then, while the international (US and European) servers were shrinking, the L2.ru was growing.
The diference has became to big, that the NCSoft was ceded their European servers to innova and started the Truly Free plan for US servers, to avoid the player migration to the european servers and to try revive the L2.
This was a sucessful! The players growth was to big, that they simply converted all P2P games to Truly Free (F2P) model in few mouths.
Today I really don''t know if they will not simply launch the B&S as F2P model. But with all others games (except Guild Wars that is B2P) using the F2P, the chances that they use the same model are great.
I will not be surprised when the game comes to this side that it can be directly lauched in their "Truly Free" model.
Now everthing is possible.

I don't mind it, I understand it and since I'm expecting it, "I ain't even mad"
(In fact, I'm used to paying monthly/bi-monthly for MMO's )
Should the game be B2P I'd be very pleasantly surprised, but honestly I won't think it will be.
I laught at the thought of this game going F2P and those that hope this is the case deserve to be punted by a Lyn.
Finally I agree that B2W should be banished from the digital world, but alas, that shall not happen.
So I'll just hope that IF there is a gold-shop (micro-transactions, if you will) that it just holds aesthetic / non-combat items.
Clothes / dyes / pets / hair-styles that sort of stuff. Mundane items we all want that distinguishes us from the rest :]

Because that's the future of milking money companies see. All P2P games have cashshops now.
