You can always parry.

Basically bm has 3 stances (if you want to see it in that way):
Summon sword stance, quick draw stance and his "normal" stance.

If you parry during summon sword or quick draw stance, you immediately leave the stance and enter your normal stance.
During quick draw stance you gonna lose all your autoparry but will get a autoevade buff.

Quick draw stance is the dps stance of the bm. You have the strong autoattack with ridiculousley attack speed, you can use flashlight (very strong aoe damage or/and single target damage), you have this fast 5 times consecutive attack that can be specced as a cc (aerial) and your invunerable during performing this attack etc.

Summon sword stance is nothing more than support and additional damage /cc.
During summon sword stance you can specc your bm that he or she can bring up a 3x3 aoe protection field, that protects from range attacks. You can protect meditating allies. You can send all your sword at once to your enemy etc.

A good bm is always alternating between quick draw and his normal stance and from time to time bring up additional damage / utitlity with his summon.

What are the talents I need to get the additional skills for summon swords, like the aoe protection you mentioned? What's the name of it?

Also I think the quick draw stance is called Valdosta.

sorry can´t help you with names, i can´t speak korean.

Aoe protection is Tier 4, skill 9 (from left to right).

The skill in Tier 6, skill 3 allows you to send all of your six swords at once to your enemy (upgraded version of the RB standard summon sword skill). The skills is only useful as tank, for pvp it´s crap and only noobs use it.

The skill in Tier 5, skill 9 lets you protect a meditating ally.

The skill in Tier 6, skill 5 is a cc. You can use it when you send a standard RB summon sword at your enemy. Than you can use this skill and the enemy is in groggy state and you can immediately sending lightning sword (last skill tier 7) on him.

The skill in Tier 4, skill 5 is a cc. You use it on downed targets or targets in the air. The skill will increase the state for 4s and you can use lightning sword immediately after that.

Can't really tell, but what I can tell you is, that you get 5% Crit and 50% Crit Damage when in Quickdraw stance :V

And you leave your quickdraw stance, when you use your parry skill.

You can't use your parry skill in Summon Swords Stance afaik

are you sure about the 5% crit and 50% crit dmg?

can you see it somewhere? i can easily check the 5% part as soon as i'm ingame and well i guess also the evasion part. but how do you know about the 50% crit dmg?

but the parry is really disabled in draw stance? can you verify that? it's about Auto-parry, not the active parry on 1, thats pretty obvious that you leave any stance when using that :)

you can use parry in summon sword stance actually, it will just end it.

Yes, you can see it in your stats, the 5% crit and the 50% crit damage (when you get your mouse over crit)
This is true for BM aswell as LBM, though LBM can only enter quickdraw stance by using C.
