So Im fresh out of things to do while i wait for this game to do come out. AND I'm on Christmas break so I have nothing to do when in my spare time, except get harassed by my, much larger and older than me, cousins. Do anyone have any games or Anime I can check out?...or anything worth recommending like staring at a tree? my favorite thing to do is to play PC games and watch anime..and cook...or anything...

I will just post my many random thought on this thread, feel free to read through them all and maybe make a suggestion for something I can do.

Ive played many MMO, so I will go ahead and just list them below cause I'm bored.

-

Here is a list of mmo Ive played in the last 2 and a half years or so, that are worth mentioning. most of them are f2p.
For those of you who enjoy ftp mmo, please don't get offended...I really don't like f2p anymore.

Maplestory -(excellent at first, then it epic failed. Ive actually played this one the longest.)

Dragon Nest -(good game, but fails in the long run)

Vindictus -(...epic fail)

Grand Fantasia -(epic fail)

Eden Eternal -(fail...wierd game??)

Shaiya online -(fail)

Combat Arms - (....FAIL)

Luna online -(the game was shut down -_-)

C9 - (not bad, still sorta playing this game)

RaiderZ- (so much hype, but then...EPIC FAIL)

WoW- (....never...never again)

Final Fantasy XIV - (played for like 10mins on friends account O_o. want FFXIV RRB but I cant afford 2 P2P thats suicide)

BnS Atomix server - (Epic Fail. buggy as hell, and It was abandoned in CBT2 client and people actually still think they will update it after 7 months of not saying s**t. need I say more?)

There were a few more but I cant remember the names anyore

-

New mmo I'm looking forward to:
Final fantasy XIV RRB (I want this NOW!!!)
Blade & Soul (I...I.. MUST... GIMME NOW! XD)
any space exploration type mmo is one I want.

-

I love science, Aerospace Engineering and astronomy
Interstellar space travel will NEVAR happen lol

-

So you are into science and astronomy? very cool =P let me recommend you watching Neil de Grasse Tyson's videos =) I'm sure you know him, he is very famous, but his videos are incredibly entertaining and you learn a lot while having a few laughs.

This is his funny response to the audience's question on UFOs:

You can watch the whole thing here:

I watch it every week at least once, yeah, the same video, but I'm addicted xD

Good luck on fighting your boredom!

Take up drawing. I haven't been bored since I started about a year ago.

Well.... if you didn't like Elfen Lied...... can i also assume you do not like Neon Genesis Evangelion? Looking at your list, it looks very heavy on shounen action type animes with retarded amounts of fan service.... I don't know if I could recommend something that would fit your bill.
Although... if you like tank battles... you could try out Girls Und Panzer-yes girls driving around in world war 2 era tanks shooting each other as a sport....

As for games... I play a significant number of games, but majority being RTS wargames(Though I do have a few city builders) . If you fancy yourself a tactician, I would love to spar with you sometime- I'll list what strategy games I have installed atm(gotta love steam)....

Shogun 2 Total War
Empire Total War/Napoleon
Men of War
Men of War Assault Squad
Company of Heroes/Opposing fronts/Tales of Valor
Star Wars:Empire at War/Forces of corruption
Supreme Commander
Supreme Commander 2
Wargame: European Escalation
Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War II Retribution
Age of Empires Online
Starcraft 2
Order of War
Codename Panzers(please don't ask me to play this...)
Sword of the Stars
Command and Conquer Red Alert 3

I also play a fair bit of World of Tanks-I know it sounds cheesy but if you like tactical games with a little less emphasis on reaction, then this game may be for you.
I do have Guild Wars 2 installed as well... but i'm sort of on break from it....

I watched a few more non-mainstream anime, but the names were all complex and I cant remember them.

Elfen Lied was a god anime. its just when i first saw it i wasn't expecting that much blood and gore...and I think people give it way too much credit, its good but its not THAT good

The type of anime I like to watch are things like Code Geass and Death Note. Any anime that has a lot of critical and abstract thinking, and Physiological type...stuff I guess. I also enjoy a good romance anime every once in a while. (Someone told me HOTD was a romance..it is NOT a romance lol)

I really do like RTS games (Helps you with Critical and abstract thinking, and making tough decisions under pressure), but I never actually tried to look for any really good ones (I was too busy looking for a GOOD mmo...). I would like to try Company of Heroes, but I heard some "not so friendly" rumors about it, so I didnt buy it.

Right now the only RTS I own is Halo Wars on the XBOX360, which is a fairly simple game, and I own everyone in multiplayer. I really love that game too because I love Halo in general :) Even though its a bit simple, it can still be a lot of punishment if you make the wrong decisions or if your just an idiot.

Anime:
Psycho pass. (This anime keeps you excited, it's amazing)
Little busters.

Games:
You basically dislike any game which had a bit of potential. o.o
But you might try "Rusty Hearts".

Hope it helps just a tiny bit. :<

I've just finished watching the 1st season of Darker Than Black and just skimming through your interests I think you would really enjoy it. Also, If you like the wubs then I suggest you check out Monstercat Media -
That is their dubstep playlist but, the label does an entire range of EDM.

Anime I suggest:

Magical Lyrical Nanoha, Magical Lyrical nanoha A's and Nanoha StrikerS. (the first 2 seasons are when they're young but the 3rd season they're grown up) The story is really good and the action is also good. It does have transformation scenes like sailor moon did but nothing excessive.

Sword Art Online - Just watch it lol

Hajime no ippo - might be a boxing anime but oh god is it good.

Gun X sword is a good mecha anime

The Slayers Series (I think it goes The Slayers, Slayers Next, Slayers Try, Slayers revolutions and Slayers Evolution R or something)

Seven Samurai good story

Black Lagoon

Black Rock Shooter

Games

Black Prophecy is a space mmo i believe

Should try out Hawken it's a first person mech shooter

Dragons Dogma for the 360 since you have it is fun as well

I second this list here ^

Also... if you like strategy games that require a lot of thinking, planning, ect, you should definitely check out the Total War series. Once I started playing Total War games I haven't been able to even look at other games in that genre. Total Wars scale and scope of gameplay is incredible and the campaigns are never the same twice. Their latest game, Shogun 2 is a great place to start is you are interested in the series, and they are remaking Rome Total War, their probably best game ever into Rome: 2 sometime in 2013.
