hi is it possible to buy item identifying scrolls or do i have to get them from quests?

yes you can get them from quests, or buy them off auction.
They look like yellow or red rectangular charms.

the level 15-20 ones are so expensive on the auction house. where can i farm these?

The cave with the destroyer boss (level 17 and there is a daily quest too). You can pull the whole dungeon and kill them quite fast.
But tbh id scroll farming isn´t very effective because their drop rate isn´t very high.
Id scrolls are mainly crafted.
