Is there a built in connection ms/ping thing?
If not, any other way to test ingame ping?

No there's no in game ping as far as I know.
To test ping:
press control alt delete and go to task manager
go to preformance tab and press resource moniter, go to network tab
go back to the game and play it for a minute, then go back here and find blade and soul in the list
