For the last movement quest, (the one after obtaining wall run) is the item needed buy-able or can you only craft it?

It is crafted and costs around 60g in the broker, last time I checked, wich is quite a while ago.

IIRC, the last movement quest is the one where your 'run' bar is extended from 15s to 20s. The item needed for that quest costs ~60g. For the wall run quest(2nd to last run quest) you have to buy an item from the vendor at the last PvP daily camp of your faction. I think it looks like a horn and costs less than 1g. The only thing about that is you must be a certain PvP rank in order to buy it.
