You can play the PC version w/English patch right now, though.

It's about time they made PS3 version. Definetly getting this.
Also, last time I tried PC version it was full of bugs and it kept crashing. But that was loooong time ago. Might give another try.

So do you have to own the PSVita version in order to play this one? If not I may just import this game.

No this is it's own game and is getting content the Vita doesn't have
