It says: After level 16, you can no longer access the 'Experience service'. So... you gotta pay to play from now on :]

the first is trash so you can sell it
the secon is dailys stones , when you have it you can change from the npc for weapon/boe pae / clothes
the 3 is for remove the seal for the weapon from bosses example the lv 15 o 16 scorpion
the 4 is for enchant boe pae , you can get that for dismantle boe pae too
the last 1 is for craft weapon.
