Anyone know where can i get it from and/or what rank i'd have to be. Also what rank do you get wall run?

Just kill the mobs of the opposite faction in the last pvp-camp. After a while there will spawn two bosses. Kill them an get their Tokens.
When you have 40 Tokens you can buy the Doboku at the camp of your own faction. I think it was the npc in the tent of the camp.
My rank was 7 when I got the Doboku so I don't think you'll need any rank.

hmm I don't remember how I got the wall run. But don't you only need to buy the horn at the last PvP-Camp? Perhaps somebody else can answer this question xD

The last pvp camp is the one by the water right? or is there another one after that?

No there will be another one around lvl 43/44 :). Its northeast on the map of the last continent.
