So.. I must be dumb.. how do you add a point at lvl 15? do more quests to unlocK?
I'm click on the lvl 15 skills to unlock and nothing happens.

Yes, you do need to finish the Story Line quest wich leads you to a cave in the north of the Lake City, once you are done there you will be teleported to the Area in the East, using those Qing Gong pathing there will lead you to a new cave continuing your Story Line, once done in that cave you will be able to start using talent points.
