  1. amazingly, it seems the blue boxes from misty woods dailies are more lucrative than the purples out of the 24man's. at least the constant "reward" of exactly 1 healing pot from purple chests and the extra dumpling, repair tool ,and 30% chance for an unsealing charm from the blue chests makes me think so. though i don't put much value on the naryu silvers that can drop from the purples since coins drop like goddamn candy and it only takes 20 of em to get a silver.
  2. i hit 1 to start the fight i stunned when stealth was running out i ss'd 1 refused to activate, ever. dead. what in the actual fuck. edit: it says cannot be used under current conditions, despite there being no conditions to prevent it. it is doing this consistently now, i am not allowed to use 1 when i am behind junghado. edit 2: and now it works... only thing i did different, i initiated with windwalk -> RMB instead of running behind and starting with 1. doing it that way puts him in combat before you start hitting him, maybe that cleared the bug. once it started working it was easy cheese.
  3. The only thing gameguard does well is separate a publishing company from it's money.
  4. yes there is a limit to what you can buy online per day, but apparently there are also ncoin vouchers that can be sold in stores, that can be bought and used without limit. and if you message ncsoft and tell em to lift the limit for a while then wheeeeeee.
  5. they are merging everything about the RNG box into a single megathread https://forums.bladeandsoul.com/topic/167300-new-rng-box-in-shop/ and yeah, it's an rng box, and it has soulstones and moonwater transform stones in it's drop table. someone spend 6k euros on the boxes and seems to have gotten between 2-3 k soulstones and 40+ transform stones
  6. da hell, i hit the post button exactly one time
  7. no venture tokens from any source i can remember yet. hongmoon coins are absurdly hard to get right now, and probably always will be. the idea that you can get what you want out of the cash shop via playing the game is pretty clearly a false hope at this point. oh well, they gotta make money somehow i guess.
  8. There were changes to several side quests throughout the whole game and changes to the main story as well (namely the brightstone occupation).
  9. Aaaaand that's why my clan chose to not roll on Mushin. This is what happens when 50% of a game population try to stuff themselves onto just one server.
  10. Sigh... Look, this is going to come off as excessively curt, but the "maturity" of anything in this discussion is irrelevant. The GM team does not care, they are going to take actions based on their instructions, stupid or justified. Characters in game could be porking it in plain view and this ban would still happen. It's the same sort of thing with censoring curse words on television, the context doesn't matter, whether it violates some rule is all that matters. In this case the only things that matter are that the OP did a thing and that thing broke a rule. And since NCSoft makes the rules and enforces the rules at their sole discretion that leaves everyone else with 2 options, suck it up or go somewhere else. Anything else amounts to noise.
  11. I don't think most people in the west aren't afraid of sex, they are just aware of the psycho's who seek out excuses to lose their fucking minds and know that the subject of sex is one of those topics they gravitate toward. It's just so much less hassle to avoid the subject altogether and if there is one thing Americans are good at, it's the path of least resistance. Europe i can't really speak towards as i don't live there.
  12. That's just it, those don't break the forum rules, so they wont ban them. they wont ban trolling either unless it include racial epitaphs or other discriminatory language. Hell, there was a guy openly accusing lyn players who wanted non-poofy clothing of being pedophiles, no disciplinary action of any kind. They just don't care unless it violates political correctness.
  13. jeez and i thought the ff14 forum mods were uptight for insta-banning me for daring to criticize their "special task squad". It's pretty clear now that they have no interest in their own community long term, they are only interested in short term shallow feedback.
  14. FYI, i don't seem to be able to search member, help files, or blogsvia the widget because of that flash ad banner near the top, it interferes with the dropdown section in the search widget and as a result i cannot select any option that is in that same space. i can select Forums, Gallery, Pages, and Calendar as they don't overlap that banner area. fortunately the advanced search button is there, and that works fine and dandy. Not certain what you guys can do about it, i've always hated banner ads in general but i see the need to support the site.
  15. i will grant that i do not have much experience with AMD cards, but from what i can read, you have the latest and greatest that they offer. so you don't got no problem there. any performance issues you come across are going to be because of your cpu, not your gpu. the i5 you got aint bad though, some folks are saying it's on the high end of CPU's so i'd hazard a guess that you can handle max settings pretty easily.
